Resident Evil DS
A couple of sites have been reporting that a Resident Evil DS is in the works by Capcom. They state that it will be a remake of Resident Evil 1, which was released on the Playstation and Saturn, and was remade for the Gamecube.
The interesting thing, though, is that it is supposed to use he same perspective and controls as Resident Evil 4.

, NGC, a British magazine, is reporting that Capcom is remaking the original PlayStation/Saturn Resident Evil for the Nintendo DS. This time, however, the game would use the same camera perspective and controls as the recently released GameCube title, Resident Evil 4.
One use of the touch screen would be to mimic the knife used by either Chris or Jill, by sliding the stylus across it.
No screen shots have been released yet, but you can expect DSR to stay on top of the game as more breaks."
I would love to believe this, but its all rumor now, and should be taken very lightly.
