-In the Japanese game, it's D/P is based on a new area of playing? (Hokkaido?)

-The new professor's name is Nanakamado

-90% of the Pokemon will have new stats, this will result in more/new tournaments+more participants in them.

-The system of Time Management has made it's return.

-The Gadget The Two Heroes haeve (In Japanese?) Will be the PokeTchi.

-The new attacks of Manaphy (Mistranslation?) were revealed and in French come out to Cross ____?

-The Scans reveal that Pokemon Females and Males will be Physically Different from eachother, along with their traits.

-The Pokemon D/P World Hobby Fair will take place June 17th+18th, and June 25th in Japan. The first gameplay video could possibly be revealed here.

First off, the Pokemon news. Famitsu reports that Pokemon Dioman and Pearl on DS Will have voice chat over Wi-Fi!
Opera for DS will be delayed a month in Japan, coming out in July now.
The DS TV Tuner will retail for about half of the cost of the DS hardware (in Japan)
Nintendo plans to continue it's Touch Generations series with "non-games", and others.

Now for Wii news.

Nintendo will be shipping 4 million Wii units by the end of the year, worldwide.
New games on Virtual Console (not classic games, but new games) could be priced at 500-1000 yen.($4-$8)
There are plans for DS connectivity:
Using the DS touch screen as a controller.
Downloading content onto DS from Wii, just like in-store download stations.
DS games could be "expanded via Wii".

In a radio interview with Sakurai, (SSBB producer) he revealed three new characters that he plans on adding to the lineup for the upcoming Super Smash Bros. Brawl for Wii. Sakurai says they are adding Bowser Jr., Ridley (from the Metroid games) and Link (from The Wind Waker. Don't worry, we still get Twilight Princess Link too.)

However, they are taking out Ice Climbers, Mr. Game & Watch, and Young Link. Sakurai also says that the character list should reach about 40 characters this time.

This shows how the game will look and feel, and also demonstrates nicely how the controls work! A word of warning though, the video is quite large so expect to wait if you are on a slower connection!

From Jeux Fance, uploaded to You Tube. You might notice some load times in the video, but this is because the DS demos at E3 were not running on cards, they were all streaming through a cable. The final version most likely won't have as drastic load times.

In a new interview with Satoru Iwata, he sates "Turning to WiiConnect 24, which was announced at E3 as a way for the Wii platform to stay connected to the internet and communicate even while not in use, Iwata gave this example to the publication: “Let's say your Wii is connected to the Internet in a mode that allows activation on a 24-hour basis. This would allow Nintendo to send monthly promotional demos for the DS, during the night, to the Wii consoles in each household. Users would wake up each morning, find the LED lamp on their Wii flashing, and know that Nintendo has sent them something. They would then be able to download the promotional demo from their Wii's to their Nintendo DS's."
